I am making myself available to the Embudo/Dixon/Peñasco/Taos area for virtual tech support. I am currently living in Spain and cannot provide in-person help, however I would love to assist anyone back home. Virtually is the way to go! I use a service called Teamviewer (more on that in the installation instructions).

IMPORTANT NOTICES:
(1) I will NEVER ask for any personal information including but not limited to credit card info, bank account info, passwords (unless it is part of the support), personal information, or anything else you deem too private. I am only here to fix your computer issues.

(2) There are lots of scammers out there calling and requesting they virtually take over your computer. I AM NOT ONE OF THEM, I am an honest man from Rinconada NM and I am here to legitimately use this service for good. If you at anytime feel like I am scamming you or are unsatisfied with my work, tell me and we will work something out.

(3) We will have a phone call while I am controlling your computer so I can tell you everything I am doing and how you can do it on your own. I am here to answer any and all questions to the best of my ability.
*(NOTE)* This phone call must happen over WhatsApp, Zoom, Google Meet, Skype, etc. Because I am international, I cannot call landlines or your cellphone number without us both incurring large fees. The options above are free. (Click here for my contact page discussing this)

(4) Payment is a part of this and it is important to understand how it will work. Because I am in Spain, I cannot receive cash, BUT my mom Kiva could. She lives in Rinconada and it could be possible to give her money and she will transfer it to me.

(5) My rate is $30 minimum + $30 / hr

Without cash, the only way is to send money virtually. There are a few services that work best for me:
— PayPal
— Venmo
— Direct Bank Transfer (Some banks allow sending of money via email)

If there is another service that you would like to use, we can discuss it when the time comes. I can also help with any of these services.
