This video is a fantastic showcase of how teachers and leaders can encourage and promote motivation in any area. It is not always just about money, sometimes it is just about caring about those who are working.
Better Ideas has quickly become of my favorite inspirational YouTube creators and this video does a great job at shining the light on how stimulated our brains are at all times nowadays and why it is ruining your life. A must watch.

Diversity and Equity Resources

Google Drive is a great way to help learners collaborate on projects across the internet. All students need is access to a computer and internet connection and they can simultaneously work on school projects no matter where they are or come from.

Todo Math is a math practice app that gets rave reviews from children and parents alike. Help any student practice math skills at any time of the day and watch their aptitudes improve over time.

VoiceOver for OS X & iOS is a unique feature to Apple devices that reads out everything on the screen on your phone. It also can spell check and tell you what keyboard presses are occurring, this is a great tool for students with visual disabilities. There are also a ton more accessibility options on that same website.

Information on visually impaired students being bullied/harassed. Nvision is a website devoted to eye health, information, and research. They have written a great article on information about bullying and how students who have glasses are more likely to be bullied. Knowing this can help you understand your child (or student), and make them feel confident in their glasses.

Educational animations/games/simulations

A boy would rather spend all day indoors playing video games when his mom buys him a present that distracts him. There is a sweet twist at the end and a great video to show students about being grateful for gifts and also self-empowerment.

Minecraft Education Edition is a great tool to get kids motivated to learn.

SpaceEngine is a cool universe simulation that is one of the most detailed simulations I have ever seen. Every single known star, galaxy, supernovae, cluster, black hole, and other astronomical objects are in this simulation.
